Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account and uploading DICOM files, the clinic agrees to these terms.

Medical Disclaimer (Crucial): Addison RadHealth provides diagnostic reporting and imaging infrastructure. We do not provide direct patient care. The referring physician or clinic retains ultimate responsibility for patient management and final clinical decisions based on the radiological reports provided.

User Obligations & Data Accuracy: The clinic is strictly responsible for ensuring that the correct DICOM files are uploaded under the correct patient name and that accurate clinical indications are provided. Addison RadHealth is not liable for reports generated from mismatched or improperly anonymized patient data uploaded by the clinic.

Credit System & Billing:

• Services are billed on a per-study or per-upload basis using platform credits.

• Credits are deducted automatically upon successful upload to the pending queue.

• Accounts that reach a zero balance or exceed their approved overdraft limit will be temporarily suspended from uploading new studies until replenished.

Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend accounts for abusive behavior, failure to pay, or uploading malicious files.
