Purpose of Processing: Patient data is used strictly for the generation of medical diagnostic reports by licensed radiologists and for platform quality assurance.

Data Security & Storage:

• All data is transmitted via secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS).

• Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with strict access controls.

• Only authorized radiologists assigned to a specific study can access the associated imaging and clinical data.

Data Retention: Patient reports and associated imaging are retained for the legally required period under applicable medical regulations, after which they are securely archived or destroyed.

Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share patient data with unauthorized third parties. Data is only accessible to our internal medical and technical team for operational purposes.

User Rights (NDPR): Clinics have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their account data, subject to medical record retention laws.
