Service Level Agreement

• System Availability: Addison RadHealth strives for a 99.9% uptime for the PACS upload portal and dashboard. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

• Turnaround Times (TAT): The following guaranteed reporting speeds apply exclusively to studies assigned to and interpreted by Addison RadHealth's internal platform radiologists. Turnaround time guarantees do not apply to studies routed to or reported by a clinic's own external or affiliated radiologists using our software infrastructure.

• Quality Assurance: All reports are generated by certified, licensed radiologists. In the event of a discrepancy, clinics may request a secondary review or addendum within a specific timeframe (e.g., 7 days of report delivery).

• Support Channels: Technical support for account setup, credit issues, or upload failures is available via contact@addisonforge.com.

• Remedies for Breach: If a report significantly exceeds the agreed-upon TAT without prior communication (e.g., due to a platform outage), the clinic may be eligible for a credit refund for that specific study.
